Gift Wrap and Card
All jewellery items can be supplied beautifully boxed and gift-wrapped and we can supply a gift card with customers own message to be delivered direct to a recipient for an extra charge of £3.00. Simply complete order as normal and fill in the form where indicated with recipients' details and message.
Return Policy
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. We regret we cannot refund or exchange earrings. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. We regret we cannot refund items that have been engraved or deposits on special commissions although every effort will be made on our part to resolve any problems. We cannot not refund postage or shipping costs.
